Jack and his wife Kate live in North Attleboro, MA with their two children, Tess and John. When their daughter was young, Jack and his wife, along with three other families, founded a girl's select soccer club that trained and supported hundreds of girls in the North Attleboro area. In his spare time, Jack serves on the boards of non-profit organizations, helps organize an annual charity golf tournament and enjoys spending time with his family.

John previously served as the firm's Managing Principal and CEO for 36 years and alongside his team was integral in building and growing Bay Financial Associates to one of the largest and most respected wealth services firms in the Northeast. He continues to assist and mentor financial professionals and staff across the company.
Since 1983, John has advised high net worth individuals and families in the areas of financial planning, estate and insurance planning, investment management and portfolio construction. John graduated from Wilkes College (now University) with a BS in Business. In addition, he has received his industry designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from the American College of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He has held numerous leadership positions in national industry organizations including The Society of Financial Services Professionals, AALU, GAMA and LIMRA's Research Agencies Group. Additionally, he has served on the Advisory Boards for 7 Financial Services Companies.
For the past 13 years, John has served as the Trustee of his alma mater, Wilkes University and serves on the finance and endowment committees. He is passionate about creating opportunities for young people and along with his wife, Renate, has endowed the John and Renate First Generation College Student Scholarship Fund.
John and Renate live in Dover, Massachusetts and have two adult children and two wonderful grandchildren. When not working for his clients, he can usually be found taking photos, stumbling down a ski slope or struggling with his golf game.

Joseph Donovan is a Managing Principal at Bay Financial Associates and a key component of the collaborative team at Bennett Financial Partners. He manages a large experienced team that is dedicated to supporting these advisors as they transition, grow and manage their practices. BFA's support team includes a Chief Investment Officer, Director of Financial Planning, Director of Compliance, as well as Sales and Administrative support. Joe has spent his career helping advisors implement wealth management, wealth transfer, charitable and business succession planning strategies for high net worth and ultra-high net worth families.
Joe is a graduate of Boston College, received his JD from Case Western University Law School and his LL.M (Masters of Tax Laws) from Boston University School of Law with studies at New York University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association's trust and estate section and a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council. He is also a former board member and past chairman of the Italian Home for Children's Planned Giving Committee and once served as an incorporator for the Rowell Foster Children Fund, Inc.
Joe's experience includes practicing with a Big Four accounting firm, a law firm, and managing a legal team at a major insurance company. His legal, financial, accounting and insurance industry experiences make Joe adept in the sophisticated use and design of financial, retirement, and estate plans. His team approach helps coordinate the planning process with our clients' CPAs, attorneys, family office and other professional advisors.
He is also able to explain complicated financial planning, charitable, business, and tax planning concepts in understandable terms. Joe is a frequent speaker and writes on estate, business, and retirement planning issues. He has spoken at the national meeting of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP), regional estate and tax bar associations, and the national conferences of some of the largest broker dealers in the country.
Joe was a member of Boston College's hockey team that reached the Final Four. He's married with two sons and a daughter. Joe is active in his community and enjoys coaching, playing golf, and skiing.
